This is PAM - BIG4 BENDIGO'S employee of the month for April. PAM is in charge of online, live 24 hour reservations. PAM has been doing this task for about 12 months and she just gets better & better. So far PAM hasn't missed a beat. She will, without fail, 24 hours a day 7 days a week:- inform you of exactly what's available for your requested dates
- calculate how much the tariff will be
- take a credit card deposit
- send you and us confirmation emails
So far she hasn't had a day off, been late for a shift, asked for overtime, double booked, or whinged about any of these conditions. PAM, we acknowledge the fabulous job you do while we sleep the night away.

What happened to customer service... faceless job stealer!
ReplyDeleteCustomer service is our priority at BIG4 Bendigo. PAM works when everyone is asleep or when the customer wants to book at 2 in the morning. Our reception staff welcome calls and are happy to talk to customers between 8am - 7pm (office hours) and up to 10.30pm at night. No answering Machine!!
